Ease Is The Answer offers one-on-one, in-person sessions that may include conversation, body-based awareness, creativity, movement, walking, stillness, animal presence, and gentle, consent-based touch.
Sessions are fully clothed and always guided by your preferences. Work can happen seated, standing, walking, or resting. There is no single format because the work responds to you.
This is not massage, physical therapy, or clinical treatment. It is an experiential space that supports integration through presence, relationship, and attunement.

Sessions are held at a private family residence on the south side of Holland, Michigan. This is a quiet, rural setting with access to indoor studio space, private office space, and land to walk and explore.
Depending on the season and your preferences, sessions may include time outdoors, walking the property, or sitting with animals. A canvas tent for outdoor sessions is coming soon. In the spring, calf interactions may be available as an option.
There are no walk-ins. All sessions are appointment-only.

Sessions are flexible and customized.
Options may include:
• In-person sessions at the private studio or office space • Walking sessions on the property or nearby locations • Sessions that integrate art supplies, writing, or creative exploration • Body-based awareness and touch-based work, fully clothed and consent-led • Optional animal presence • Brief FaceTime or phone connection prior to meeting, if helpful
Same-day bookings are often available. There are no required packages, funnels, or long-term commitments.

Touch-based work is offered as one possible resource within a session. Touch is always optional, negotiated, and guided by consent.
Sessions take place in a quiet, rural farmhouse setting. Clients remain fully clothed and lie face up on a massage table. Touch is gentle, attuned, and responsive, and is offered in support of regulation, orientation, and embodied awareness.
This work comes from a foundation of somatic practice and is not massage, physical therapy, or clinical treatment. There is no technique to endure or goal to push toward.
You are always in charge of pace, boundaries, and direction.

This work may be supportive for people who:
• Want to orient toward ease, desire, and direction • Are curious about their internal experience • Value creativity, reflection, and embodied awareness • Want space to integrate life transitions, work, or relationships • Prefer in-person, relational work over structured programs
You do not need prior experience with somatic or creative practices.

You are welcome to stay and integrate after your session. The space includes art materials, paper, notebooks, books, music, and a computer for quiet reflection or creative work.
